Split into teams, they’ll need sharp thinking and genuine cooperation to rack up as many points as possible.
A star host keeps the pace up and brings the energy. Once the rules are explained, the rounds roll on with questions projected on a big screen. Cyber Show – intermediate level
The Cyber Show is arguably one of the best Arcane Experience games to discover during Cyber Week 2024. Participants are immersed in realistic scenarios through short scenes performed by professional actors. The beauty of it: you can tackle a wide range of issues and lift the lid on a few taboos without pointing the finger at anyone. In teams, smartphone in hand, participants analyse each case and put forward concrete solutions to counter hacking and fraud attempts through a multimedia quiz.
The experience is split into four rounds, each covering a different theme: phishing, handling sensitive data, cybersecurity on the move, and security tools. Every round opens with a scene performed by professional actors, followed by a questionnaire the team solves together.
This scenario-based approach helps participants truly take ownership of the issues and build their reflexes against cyber threats. They’re placed directly in credible situations and must draw on their knowledge to find the right answers. Concrete, memorable learning in a warm, participative atmosphere.
Cyber Storm Simulation – expert level
Arcane Experience offers the Cyber Storm Simulation as the ultimate experience for top management during cyber week. Over 60 minutes of steadily rising intensity, participants are genuinely put to the test managing a large-scale crisis.
The scenario unfolds in three distinct but interlinked phases. It opens with the technology phase, where participants must demonstrate command of the latest tools to counter a sophisticated cyberattack — and outwit hackers determined to infiltrate the systems.
Next comes the business phase, confronting them with critical operational decisions in real time. They must act fast to contain the attack, maintain business continuity and protect the company’s sensitive data. Every strategic choice has a direct impact on how the crisis plays out.
The final phase is communication, where the organisation’s reputation is put under serious strain. How do you reassure stakeholders? What do you tell the media? How do you rebuild the brand? Participants must define a precise action plan, fully aware of what’s at stake.
Across these 60 exceptionally intense minutes, the set pieces come thick and fast to recreate a genuine crisis: professional actors in key roles, fictional phone calls, shock videos and more. The pressure builds relentlessly, pushing participants to their limits and testing their resilience.
