Using collective intelligence to align your management practices

Faced with the challenges of intergenerational cooperation, theory-led training often hits a wall. For the world leader in customer experience Konecta, we rolled out an immersive programme combining corporate theatre (filmed sketches) and a serious game to shift the mindsets of leaders of every age. The aim: transform your management team through a unique facilitation approach and build a shared management culture.

The challenge: closing the gap across your management team

Management was fragmented across teams. Managers from varied backgrounds, with diverging expectations around authority and communication, struggled to find a common language. The answer wasn’t top-down instruction, butcollective intelligence. The goal was to create peer-to-peer cohesion so this new culture could spread naturally and lastingly across the company.

Our answer: an immersive workshop built for cohesion

To meet this challenge, Arcane designed a four-round journey combining a serious game and a workshop for reflection:

Picto Expérience utilisateur

Video immersion to get people talking

Each round opens with a reusable filmed sketch . By showing ineffective management practices (such as vagueness in objective setting), we create a visual jolt that sparks immediate awareness during the debrief sessions.

Picto Augmenter

From analysis to action with SMART objectives

We turn analysis of situations into practical method. Participants take ownership of project management approaches and the fundamentals of management , turning the mistakes they spot into a real management skill.

Picto paramètre

The DISC model for the right approach

Using behavioural tools such as the DISC method, we help managers identify the right messages and behaviours, encouraging calmer intergenerational communication between the managers themselves.

The impact: a charter built by managers, for managers

The culmination of this programme isn’t a theory handbook, but the creation of a cross-generational code of conduct :

Picto Succes

A bottom-up charter

Rather than a directive handed down, this charter is the result of 3 hours of intensive facilitation . The workshop process itself helped clear up misunderstandings by focusing on what brings the generations together rather than what sets them apart.

Lasting cohesion

By setting down together the vision that unites them, managers became ambassadors for their own culture. Want to explore other immersive formats? Discover our expertise in Serious game innovation.

FAQ: intergenerational management serious game

Why choose this immersive workshop format?

The strength of a serious game paired with a workshop is that it depersonalises conflict. Managers are no longer criticising each other; they’re analysing management behaviours. That opens up collective thinking on best practice without judgement. Looking to strengthen cohesion more broadly? Explore our Sustainable development team building.

How does the DISC method strengthen leadership?

The DISC method decodes individual leadership styles. It helps managers from different generations understand why their dominant style is perceived differently by their peers, developing their interpersonal skills and their ability to delegate effectively.
