To create an out of the ordinary training course on banking issues by combining the engaging dimension of the game with workshop exercises which help to build skills and expertise.
A scripted board game presenting the lives of fictitious bank branch customers. Learners must advise their clients as best they can.
6 question and answer board games with 6 different themes. The participants work in pairs by answering a fun set of questions. Each game is customer experience oriented and includes a half-day training session.
