VALUING BEHAVIORS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE NEW MANAGERIAL ORGANIZATION
A major cosmetics group planned a transformation to make the group more digital, sustainable and collaborative on a global level. To initiate this transformation, the Human Resources departments were made aware of this new approach to then communicate it throughout all departments. The objective was to make the HR departments work in cooperation whilst ensuring that any intercultural challenges were respected.
To create a shared experience for all participants, by establishing the behaviors to be promoted within the newly proposed organization of the group.
A 60-minute-long Escape game enabling the 15 participants to play simultaneously, dealing with values such as: cooperation, listening, and decision making.
